Two CUBE floor plans seen from above: a Standard Format venue with closed themed challenge rooms off central corridors, and an open Arena floor with the games laid out in the open
Two real CUBE layouts, anonymised — a Standard Format venue and an open-space Arena floor. Send us your drawings and we plan yours.

This is an estimate, not a fixed layout. The 25 m² per game is a network average — games differ in footprint, and we design each one around the space you actually have, so a shorter ceiling, a column or an awkward corner changes the layout rather than ruling it out. Send us your floor plan and we come back with the real numbers for your venue.

The rollout

  1. 01

    Agreement

We align on territory, version and timing, then sign. Your city is yours alone.

  2. 02

    Design

Blueprints of your space — layout, wiring, colouring, reinforcements — plus a 3D design and your game mix.

  3. 03

    Buildout

You prepare the walls, basic cables and network to spec.

  4. 04

    Installation

Our team arrives with every construction, screen, detector and effect, plus 2000 RFID wristbands, and trains your staff.

  5. 05

    Launch

Branding goes up, your website goes live, the campaign runs — then ongoing IT, artwork and technical support.

Preparation procedure

Safety first

Every game is structured to meet the safety rules — and to feel effortless for the players.

  • Protective foam layers 2–10 cm thick wherever required
  • All game constructions are self-supported
  • Rubber protective corners 2 cm thick where required
  • Protective mattresses are fireproof classified
  • All mechanisms run on low-voltage wires (12–24 V)
  • Players can leave any game at any time — and every door unlocks automatically in a power outage

The number

It depends on your premises, your game count and local build costs — so we quote per project. Send the space, get the figure.
